Event Overview

Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys (GRAWA) members are invited to a brief Special Virtual Member Meeting to conduct a critical vote on the proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws.

Our Board has dedicated significant effort this year to modernizing these governing documents, which have already received approval from both the GRAWA Board and the WBASNY Bylaws Committee. Your participation is vital to ensure we reach the required quorum and can provide the incoming Board with a fresh, updated guide for the new bar year.

Agenda

• Official Vote: Voting on the adoption of the Amended and Restated Bylaws.

• Duration: This is a focused session intended to last no more than 15 minutes.

How to Participate

Because reaching quorum is imperative, we ask that you take one of the following actions as soon as possible:
